The relatively young North Road Phoenix, now Dublin Phoenix in the international context of the KIT LEAGUE, have risen above the controversy surrounding their inception - and particularly the building of their modest stadium on the periphery of the Irish capital’s major green space - and hindsight delivers appreciation of the club as pioneers of sustainability, celebrating their home and furthering ecological regeneration.
