Romulus Roma ------------- [Under Construction]
Founded in the heart of Rome in 1899, AC Romulus Roma are now known for their distinctive luminous-yellow and pink halves - which they adopted in the 1990s - as well as their tradition of neat passing play and an attacking nature, standing out against the catenaccio of some of their domestic opponents.
Having always embodied the vibrant spirit of the Eternal City, Romulus’s nickname, "I Fondatori" (The Founders), pays homage to their historical significance in Italian football as well as that of the national capital. Alongside this, motto “La lotta è più importante della vittoria” (The fight is more important than the win) denotes the dedication to playing football the right way, even when compromising ideals would be more likely to deliver a victory.
Nevertheless, Romulus have enjoyed great success in Italy, with their iconic Stadio Borghese ground, nestled amid the ancient ruins of Rome, witnessing both spectacular glory and legendary matches. Now, with the KIT LEAGUE as the focus, Romulus will hope the squad and fans’ stirring rendition of the Roman anthem "Gloria Roma" prior to each game will inspire greatness on an unfamiliar stage.
